THE AREA
The Country Club is set by one of England's most beautiful and historic golf courses, in the beautiful Kent countryside, one and a half miles from the lovely moated Hever Castle. Aside from its on-site leisure facilities, the resort makes an ideal base for touring the magnificient Kent countryside and visiting the county's numerous historical sites or exploring the famous castles and stately homes of the area and Chartwell House, the ancestral home of Winston Churchill. Take a day-trip to London or step back in time to experience life in Georgian England at "A day at The Wells" exhibition in nearby Royal Tunbridge Wells. For the golf enthusiasts enjoy the 27 hole golf course. Golf clubs can be rented from the Golf Club and we recommend that you pre-book tee-off time. A car is essential during the winter months as the restaurant and leisure facilities close at 6:00 pm off season.

THE APARTMENTS
The accommodation takes the form of studios that sleep two, with only tea and coffee making facilities,and cottages that sleep four, all of which have been designed in Tudor style to blend with Hever’s historic landscape. The resort is gradually undergoing refurbishment. Unfortunately, the resort does not allow dogs (except guide dogs)Please note a fee of £20. 00 will be charged for a late check-out. The Leisure Facilities are closed indefinately and the resort can recommend the Leisure Facilities at the nearby Edenbridge Leisure Centre & also the Health Club at Edenbridge Golf & Country Club. Hever Golf Course is available at a 25% discount to members who stay at the resort and a round of golf mid-week would be £25. 50 and a round at week-ends would be £40. 00. DIRECTIONS
From M25, exit at junction 6 onto the A22 then left onto the A25. Carry on through 2 sets of traffic lights and then take a right turn and head towards Edenbridge following the signs for Hever Castle. Hever Golf & Country Club is approximately 1 mile further along, on the right hand side. Collection from the airport can be arranged for those coming from overseas.
